Une présence nationale, et pourquoi pas internationale ?

Nous avons le plaisir d’annoncer la signature du premier partenariat international d’ESSCA Junior Conseil, signé avec ISCAC Junior Solutions, une Junior-Entreprise Portugaise. Lauréat du prix européen de la Junior-Entreprise la plus européenne en 2022 et finaliste en 2023, nous sommes impatients d’apprendre à leurs côtés.

Ce partenariat devrait contribuer à notre intégration dans l’écosystème européen ; un premier événement en ligne est déjà en préparation sous l’initiative d’ISCAC Junior Solutions, avec 2 autres Junior-Entreprises, ayant pour objectif d’échanger et de former nos membres respectifs sur la prospection à l'internationale, l’intelligence culturelle ou encore le management d’une équipe à distance. Nous tenions à remercier Sancho SAMPAIO, international manager chez ISCAC Junior Solutions et Soraia SOUSA, présidente de la Junior, pour leur disponibilité et leur bienveillance dans les échanges.

Au sein de la structure et pour le mandat 2023, nous avons recruté cinq étudiants internationaux et développons, au fur et à mesure de l’année, ce nouveau pôle international. Les formations dispensées en anglais, l’adaptation de nos supports commerciaux et de notre communication devraient nous permettre d’étendre notre activité commerciale au-delà de nos frontières. L’ensemble de notre équipe est désormais sensibilisée au réseau européen des Juniors-Entreprises.

Trois des membres de la présidence ont eu l’opportunité d’assister à la Conférence Européenne d’Hiver pour rencontrer des Juniors-Entrepreneurs et monter en compétences à leurs côtés. Ce sont des opportunités de faire connaissance avec des étudiants de diverses nationalités et de découvrir des visions différentes, d’un point de vue personnel et professionnel.

Ce virage international chez ESSCA Junior Conseil va de paire avec la stratégie de notre école, qui a annoncé l’ouverture d’un campus à Malaga et de bureaux au Luxembourg, en plus des campus déjà existants à Shanghai et Budapest.

We are thrilled to announce ESSCA Junior Conseil's first international partnership with ISCAC Junior Solutions, a Portuguese Junior-Enterprise. With them being the winners of the most European Junior-Enterprise in 2022 and finalist in 2023, we are looking forward to learning alongside them.

This partnership shall contribute to our integration in the European ecosystem. A first online event will take place soon under the initiative of ISCAC Junior Solutions along with 2 other Junior-Enterprises, with the objective of training our respective members on international prospecting, cultural intelligence or the management of a remote team. We would like to thank Sancho SAMPAIO, International Manager at ISCAC Junior Solutions and Soraia SOUSA, President of the Junior, for their availability and their kindness throughout our interactions.

Structuring the 2023 mandate, we have recruited five international students that are now developing the new international department. The training provided in English, the adjustment of our commercial supports and communication will extend our commercial activity beyond our borders. Our entire team is now aware of the European network of Junior Enterprises.

Three members of the presidency had the opportunity to attend the European Winter Conference to meet Junior-Entrepreneurs and to improve their skills. This is a benchmark to get to know students of different nationalities and to discover very different perspectives, from a professional and a personal point of view.

This international shift at ESSCA Junior Conseil goes hand in hand with our school's strategy, which has announced the opening of a campus in Malaga and offices in Luxembourg, in addition to the existing campuses in Shanghai and Budapest. Already known for our national presence, new opportunities are further coming for us.
